StayPut PERformance Solid Surface MattingThe new StayPut PER®formance (Polymer Environmental Resin) is an eco friendly patented material which offers a flexible range of fabrics and matting that is ideal for domestic and commercial use.

StayPut PER®formance Solid Surface Matting is a 2mm depth non-slip matting that is durable, flexible and pressure sensitive.  Ideally suited to applications or situations where a cushioned and wipeable smooth surface is needed. The polymer environmental resin is melded onto a mesh of polyester fibres and supported by a 2mm or 4mm depth of PER®formance foam resulting in a solid, protective cushion

PER®formance Solid Surface matting is easily cut, and as with all PER®formance materials can be sewn and very successfully heat or sonic welded.

Available in 2 sizes: 60cm x 20 mtrs or 122cm x 20 mtrs width.

Other thicknesses are available to suit different applications; however 2mm depth is our standard stock holding.

Toxin free and non allergenic - Our product contains no heavy metals, no-Phenols, no-PAHS, no-Phthalates and is entirely latex and rubber free. It is certified to Oeko-Tex Standards Class-1-Baby Articles and US FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) approved by SGS –CY/2007/10529A.

Fire Retardant and UV stable - Unlike most PVC non–slip matting, StayPut ECO PER®formance is fire retardant making it safer when used in confined places.

Biodegradable - The StayPut ECO PER®formance non-slip matting successfully passed material and biodegradable testing by PIDC (Plastics Industry Development Centre), which confirmed the ability of the fabric to decompose within the natural environment.

Easily Cut, Sewn or Sonic Welded - Ideal for applications where the fabric is to be integrated with other materials and responds well to Ultrasonic welding.

Odourless - Almost entirely odourless the StayPut ECO PER®formance matting does not have the strong solvent odour generally associated with PVC based products.

Secure, non-slip and safe on all surfaces - StayPut ECO PER®formance has all the non-slip non adhesive qualities associated with standard PVC equivalents without the adverse effects on Polyurethane and lacquered surfaces.

Strong, Durable and Hardwearing - a robust material which can withstand tough punishment.

Hygienic and easy to clean - The StayPut ECO PER®formance matting is easy to clean, and can be machine washed at 30°.
